China joins the low cost trend

Having traveled through China in 2004, and facing the difficulties of getting reasonable airfares (pretty much non-existant), it looks like the air travel industry is ripe for change.
Now instead of just scrambling for seats on regional airlines owned by the Chinese government, a privately owned, low cost airline is ready to make its mark over Chinese skies.
China Daily reports on the details of Spring Airlines, the Shanghai-based airline that is ready to usher in a new era in Chinese air travel.
