Blacklisted

After several airplane crashes in August, the European Union is taking action. There was legislation already in the works to create a blacklist of airlines that don't live up to safety and security standards set up by the EU.
Obviously the blacklisted airlines are upset, with threats to sue, but with over 300 fatalities in the month of August airline safety is under question and the EU is ready to speed up the blacklisting process and try to ensure safer skies.
