Talk through security

The latest TSA initiative to target terrorists is to small talk with them. The plan is to have TSA screeners trained in the art of casual conversation and look for subtle clues that may indicate possible criminal intent.

So if your TSA airport screener is chatting with you about the weather, or asking you about your day, it might just be to assess whether you are a terrorist risk, or not.
