Snow-grounded and suing

Saturday January 7, 2006
A recent British Airways flight had passengers sitting on board, grounded, for over 7 hours. A passing snow storm was blamed for the delay.

But after several hours of being stuck on board and going nowhere, a passenger called the police, and in some set of words basically said that he felt like he was being held hostage.

And after more hours on the plane before it finally took off, some of those passengers have decided to sue the pilot for the incident. The Aero-News Network gives a brief synopsis of the snowed-in incident
