The airplane pose

Okay, this is only air travel related by name only. The airplane pose, a move in yoga, is a great stretch, particularly for the low back.

As you bend forward and slightly torque your torso, your outstretched arms are meant to resemble an airplane's wings.

This pose is not intended to be the first one you warm up with when moving through a yoga routine, but the stretch can be felt from the back into the hamstrings.
