Robbed!

Sunday March 26, 2006
When you think about what a robbery often looks like, you may picture armed robbers at a bank with stockings over their faces. But airports can be targeted because airlines are often used to transport currency.

Bearing this in mind, a group of robbers stole about $16 million dollars worth of money at Johannesburg International Airport. A South African Airways flight, arriving with the cash from the U.K. was held up by armed robbers and made away with the astounding sum.

South Africa's SABC News reports on the ongoing investigation.
