These are the flights that were used in acts of terror on September 11, 2001:

• American Airlines Flight 11 from Boston to Los Angeles - lives lost - 81 passengers, 9 flight attendants, 2 pilots
• United Airlines Flight 175 from Boston to Los Angeles - lives lost - 56 passengers, 7 flight attendants, 2 pilots
• American Airlines Flight 77 from Washington Dulles to Los Angeles - lives lost - 58 passengers, 4 flight attendants, 2 pilots
• United Airlines Flight 93 from Newark to San Francisco - lives lost - 37 passengers, 5 flight attendants, 2 pilots

All four flight numbers have been changed since the events of 9/11/2001.
