Confusing, Confounding, Corfu

For such a small airport, I was surprised at how difficult Corfu airport, in Greece, was to navigate. If you are on a package tour you won't really have to deal with the more frustrating aspects of this airport. But I tend to be an independent traveler, and take the good with the bad as part of the experience. So for fellow travelers who may encounter this airport, I have a few comments out of my own experience there.
