Airfare Specials this Week

Lots of airfare specials this week - some of them end before the weekend so you may need to book very soon to take advantage of the sales.

Southwest Airlines has launched a spring/summer sale. You must book by April 12, and have at least a 14 day advance purchase to take advantage of low airfares. Fares range from $49 to $129 one way. Travel is valid from April through August.

Cheapflights is reporting roundtrip airfare specials on United Airlines from $89. They include all taxes and fees in quoting prices.

Spirit Airlines has an inexpensive introductory airfare from Los Angeles to Guatemala City. The first of the specials ends tonight, for 8 cents per flight on very select dates, and the second special of $88 each way ends on April 16. The press release details the flights and conditions. Flying within Southeast Asia? A new low cost airline, Firefly, that is a subsidiary of highly ranked Malaysia Airlines has started flying this week. And there are some really cheap airfares to be had. They are giving away some free tickets, and then have airfares starting at under $3 out of their hub in Penang. Must book by April 30 for the best deals.
