Stars in the Sky - Celebrities, not Celestial

Saturday July 14, 2007
It isn't the first time that a celebrity has made the news for his behavior in the skies. But with this latest incident the FBI were involved! Former American Idol runner-up, Clay Aiken, got himself into a bit of hot water when he put his foot on someone else's armrest. Said passenger allegedly shoved his foot off. May not sound like much, but little spats can quickly become worse inflight.

The end of the incident did not leave any lasting bruises, but certainly did make the news. USA Today is one of hundreds of media outlets that reported on Clay Aiken's sticking his foot out where it didn't belong.

A few points that you left out:
Clay was asleep sitting in a small commuter plane.
His foot “wandered” onto the armrest of the seat in front of him.
He woke up when the lady was yelling and hitting him in the chest.
The FBI was called in because that was technically assault and battery.
Clay declined to press charges.

You should have taken the time to read the USA Today article that you have linked on your story. In the future, it may be a good idea to actually know what happened before you comment

Yah, if I were Clay I would have charged were with assault, no matter what you cannot go around hitting people.
