Get There by Air - Roman Colosseum

The Roman Colosseum in Rome is on the list of the New Seven Wonders of the World, announced on July 7, 2007. Unlike some of the other Wonders, this one is relatively easy to get to. Completed in the year 80 A.D., the Colosseum was a place for gladiatorial contests and public events.

Given its location within the city of Rome, the Colosseum is tourist friendly, even if the airports serving the city may not always be.
