Airfare Specials this Week

We may be close to the end of August, but lots of sales for travel from September and on are out there right now.

American Airlines has put a lot of their Caribbean and Latin American destinations on sale. You must purchase by August 28, and although one way prices are cited, they are based on purchasing a roundtrip ticket. Sample one-way fares include: Miami – Puerto Plata, Dom. Rep. $69, and Fort Lauderdale – Nassau, Bahamas $34.

Cheapflights has found some holiday/long weekend airfare specials. The sale itself is with Expedia.

ATA has fall specials on sale until August 27. Sample sale prices include: Phoenix - Maui $169.
