Airfare Specials this Week

This week's run of airfare specials include travel to Africa and getaways for the 4th of July weekend.

Travelzoo knows millions will travel over the July 4th weekend, and has set up a page of deals which focus on those travel dates. One that immediately caught my eye was a decent airfare special - $199 - Fly to Las Vegas, Mexico or Jamaica (Roundtrip). I've linked to the press release which also includes a link to the deals page.

Travelocity has the details for travel to Africa from $867 roundtrip. Must book by June 20 for travel dates that extend into early spring 2009. Sample roundtrip airfares include - Atlanta - Dakar, Senegal from $914.

TravelbyJen often has some great deals for the Caribbean and for Mexico travel. Recent feature deals included from $399 per person to Barbados including airfare and 5 nights at a 3 star all inclusive. The deals sell out quick, but there are new ones always popping up. I say recent deal for the Barbados trip as it will likely sell out before I finish writing this blog entry!
