A Menu to Remember

Airline memorabilia is well collected, but did you know that even airline menus have their place in collections. In fact, there is now an online collection of hundreds of inflight menus from the 1950s and on.

Northwestern University Library has created an online experience for those who are interested in what was served on board, and eventually led to the taste like cardboard cliche for food served during a flight.
