Food for Flying

Monday August 4, 2008
publicdomainpictures.netMeals inflight have been growing less and less common for years now. But that doesn't mean you can't pack your own! You will have to make sure that you don't exceed the liquids allowance at airport security screening points, but certainly there is room for toting your own food on board.

In Packing Snacks - Food for Flights, I write about the snacks I often bring on board, and how I plan and pack them to go through airport security.

And for other fly-able food, I have compiled lots of recipes from various sites at About.com that fit both the quick and easy idea of cooking, and packable!
