Airfare Specials this Week

This week it is all about Thanksgiving airfares. Specials are mostly within the United States, with a few to Canada (although Thanksgiving is celebrated in October in Canada). Southwest Airlines has one way Thanksgiving airfare specials starting at $85. Travel dates are November 22 to December 2.

The big airlines are putting on a big Thanksgiving day special. This one is matched on Delta, United and American Airlines. One way airfares (based on roundtrip purchase) start at $49. Travel dates over the December holiday period also apply.

Kayak searched and found lots of good roundtrip prices to New York City over the holiday season. Sample roundtrip airfares include - San Diego/NYC $219 and Boston/NYC $118. Travel dates are November 21 through December 24.
