My 9/11 Experience

I haven't written about it before, but thousands of airline employees who worked at airports during September 11, 2001 and the immediate days after will never forget the experience. The obvious statement is it was the day that changed air travel, and things have never been the same since.

For the 5th anniversary of 9/11, I am writing down my own experience of September 11, 2001, and not only how it affected my workplace, but the panic that I felt when someone in my family was close to the Pentagon as American Airlines Flight 77 flew into it.
