Now that you have dealt with the points to make your inflight experience more comfortable, there are a few travel tips to consider:

  • Bring at least some of your medications in your carry-on luggage in case your checked in luggage is lost.
  • Ask for names of medical personnel in the areas you'll be traveling to from your doctor. Or alternatively, contact an organization that best represents your physical limitations and ask them for a list of medical providers.
  • When traveling internationally, keep a copy of the information about the closest embassies to your travel locations.
  • Keep a brief medical history with you.
Air travel poses difficult moments for many travelers. Armed with these travel tips, and air travel information, some of the obstacles concerning air travel will hopefully become minor ones to overcome.
