This Thanksgiving, customers on JetBlue Airways can aim for a stress-free airport experience at the airline’s brand new terminal, T5, in New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Outside of Thanksgiving there is free Wi-Fi service, but more is on offer during select times on November 25 and 26. JetBlue will be hosting complimentary events for customers - including magic shows, introductory yoga and stress-reducing exercises courtesy of New York Sports Clubs, and five-minute makeovers courtesy of Harmony Pharmacy.
In addition to the extra airport services at JFK on November 25 and 26, JetBlue offers the following tips to keep holiday travel as stress-free as possible:
- Manage your flights 24/7 using online tools on their website. Tools include viewing an itinerary, changing or canceling a flight, retrieving a boarding pass and assigning seats.
- Check in for your flight online up to 24 hours in advance – even if you’re checking bags. You can use a bag drop counter once at the airport.
- Verify the status of your flight’s departure online at before leaving for the airport.
- View travel advisories posted on JetBlue's website for alerts that could potentially affect your flight.
- Check out mobile.jetblue.com while on the road for real-time flight status.
