Major Crashes or Incidents:
Thai's deadliest crash occurred in July, 1992. 111 people on board died when the flight which was traveling from Bangkok to Kathmandu, Nepal had trouble landing. The flight crashed during the final approach, and has been blamed on both pilot and air traffic control error.
