Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pack frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tub light or regular sour cream (16oz or 500ml)
- 16oz or 500ml light or regular mayonnaise
- 1 pack cream of leek soup mix
- 1 small can of water chestnuts (1/2 cup size or 125ml)
Preparation:
1. Thaw and drain chopped frozen spinach.
2. Drain can of water chestnuts and dice.
3. Mix tub of sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of leek soup in a large bowl.
4. Add diced water chestnuts and spinach. Mix.
5. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
6. Pack small portions of spinach dip and store in a small cooler bag to bring on flights with you.
