Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sunflower seeds (without shells)
- 1 cup of dried fruit - I like apricots or apples
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of nuts - I like cashews or unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup of dried cranberries or raisins
Preparation:
* you can make this more kid-friendly by replacing the dried fruit with chocolate or caramel chips
Mix all of the ingredients together and pack 1/2 cup to 1 cup's worth in resealable plastic baggies.
