August 2004 Airfare Specials

Traditionally August is a great time of year to look for airfare sales as airlines gear up for the slower, low season. For the deal seeker now is the time to look for some great fall fares. Here are just a few of the airfare specials on sale right now:



AirTran Airways is having a sale on all of its routes. Purchase by August 12th.

Jetsgo has a seat sale that is ending soon! Book by Sunday night (August 8th) and search for low sale prices from Toronto to Jetsgo's U.S. destinations. The way out is $1 CAD plus tax, and sale fares for the return. Sample fares include $110 CAD roundtrip Toronto to Fort Myers (plus a lot of tax, but still a really great deal).

One of the U.K.'s low cost carriers is having a sale. With flights from 49 pounds round trip from London to Athens, Excel Airways has a summer sale on now. There are taxes and limited space, and travel must be booked by August 14th.

United Airlines puts its world on sale. Book by August 13th and find fares such as $99 one way Los Angeles to Washington D.C.
