Access-Able Air TravelThe tightening of air security measures should never be an excuse for violating the rights of passengers that are covered under the Air Carrier Access Act (again, U.S. carriers, and foreign based airlines when traveling to the United States). If you feel that your rights to dignity and non-discriminatory treatment have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation at the following address:
