How Can I Register for Flights as a Gift Without Choosing a Specific Airline?

Question: How Can I Register for Flights as a Gift Without Choosing a Specific Airline?

I'm getting married and my partner decided air travel would be the most practical gift to receive from family and friends, though we aren't sure of what airline – I contacted the customer service department of most of the airline alliance programs I could think of but was unable to find any joint venture, where a travel gift certificate could be used on more than one airline, I was wondering if you knew of any such programs?!

Answer: There are several honeymoon registries that allow for gifts towards the cost of airfare without specifying an airline. I am afraid that is about the closest thing I can think of that might fit your needs. I profiled two such online sites (ones that seem to have a good reputation and positive feedback from its customers) with links to each of the sites...

At the bottom of one article I wrote is a heading that says Find Out More and the other Elsewhere on the Web which links to each site. Hope that might be do-able for what you want...
