- Individual containers must be 3oz (90ml) or less
- Containers do not need to be labeled
- All containers must fit in a 1 quart (1 liter), clear, resealable bag
- Passengers are permitted to move their liquids into smaller, 3oz containers
- The clear, resealable bag must be removed from the carry on and put separately in a bin to be screened
- Existing exemptions such as medications still apply
